This policy explains how OrionKine Lab handles information for its robotics software, license activation, customer support and the OrionKine Lab License Manager used by the operator.

Information we process

When you request activation or contact support, we may process your email address, information you provide in correspondence, activation request identifiers, device identification information, selected subscription plan, payment references and payment proof supplied with your request. We also maintain license issue dates, expiry dates and request processing records.

How we use information

We use this information to review activation requests, verify payments manually, issue device-bound licenses, deliver license files, send request acknowledgments and expiry reminders, handle support and eligible refund requests, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized activation.

Google account access

The OrionKine Lab License Manager connects to the operator's authorized Google account. Customers do not need to grant it access to their own Google accounts.

• Gmail read access is used to find and process activation request emails and attachments, and check delivery records.
• Gmail send access is used to send license files and service-related messages.
• Google Sheets access is used to synchronize activation request records, processing commands, reminder schedules and email delivery status.

Google Apps Script runs scheduled request processing and reminder tasks using the operator's authorized account.

OrionKine Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and service providers

Information is stored in the operator's local license-management files and backups, and in the Google services used for email and automation. The public website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical connection information to provide and protect the hosting service.

We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate these services, or disclosed when required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for license administration, customer support, payment disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use access controls and private account authorization to protect records. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. The operator can revoke the tool's Google account access through Google Account permissions; revoking access does not automatically delete existing records.
